What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Is there a minimum order?

United States- No minimum order.

Canada- $45 order minimum (shipping not included). All orders with a subtotal below $45 will be canceled.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada.

Please check back with us as we will soon be offering international shipping to other countries.

 

When do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped Monday- Friday. All orders placed Saturday- Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

 

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship all our packages through USPS Priority Mail.

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days for U.S.

When will I receive my order?

After your payment has been processed and completed, your package will be shipped the next business day. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days for U.S.

What do I do if I never received my order?

In the case that you have not received your order, please contact us through our contact page here and we will do everything we can to assist you.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

All of our items and packages are inspected thoroughly before being shipped. We want you to receive only the best quality items. Please note we are not liable for any damage caused during shipping. If your order happens to be defective, please contact us immediately through our contact page here. We will do our best to assist you.

What is your return policy?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. We inspect all orders carefully before shipping and will always do our best to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered.
